My timeline is now as follows:

- edit and finish layout of the basic chapters + introduction & foreword (9/16)
- compile index and table of contents (9/17)
- submit page count to Roger for cover design (9/18)
- submit final design to Amazon for proof copy (9/20)
- receive proof copy (9/25?) and correct if necessary
- order printed copies for sale at Austin FF (10/1)
- release downloadable PDF and begin sales to general public online (10/16)

Please get your comments, additions, corrections etc to me no later than Monday 9/15 so I can incorporate your ideas. Thanks to those of you who have already chimed in.
